Western Wind is the debut album from Nelson, BC's Born on a Wednesday. Recorded live off the floor in the Slocan valley, the album captures the intimate feel of a BOAW performance. It has all the layered vocals, punchy slide guitar, and rolling mando runs you'll come to expect from a BOAW release.

Ultimately, it represents where the band was at for two sweaty August days in the studio. No further here nor there, just being themselves, enjoying the moment and the music for what it is.
